Objectives of Grievance Cell

1	To enable the Student and Employee to air their grievances
2	To investigate the reason for dissatisfaction
3	To take appropriate actions and ensure that promises are kept
4	To develop a responsive and accountable attitude among all the stakeholders in order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the institution
5	To encourage students and other stakeholders to express their grievances freely without any fear of being victimized

Functions of Grievance Cell

1	To look into the grievances lodged by any of the stakeholder and judge its merit
2	The cell is also empowered to look into matter of any type of harassment
3	The cases will be attended promtly on grievance lodged and will be reviewed and act according as per the policies
4	The cell plays a very important role and acts as a bridge between management and stakeholders

Grievances may be made by an employee against another employee or an employee against their employer. They are usually a result of a violation of legalities. Issues like discrimination, bullying or harassment, workplace health and safety, organizational changes, and terms and conditions of employment are some examples that can cause grievances.
